Can I cancel my sale?

You are not obligated to accept the highest offer at the end of MotorsHub’s daily online sale. We do recommend listing your car with the intention of completing a deal. However, if you're dissatisfied with your offer or decide to explore other options, you have the freedom to decline the offer.

If you've already accepted an offer but circumstances change, please contact our Customer Support Team to cancel the sale. They'll ensure the buyer is informed, and your vehicle will be removed from the platform.

Please be aware that the purchasing dealer might request a price adjustment upon vehicle collection, especially if there are undisclosed damages or inaccuracies in the online vehicle profile. Any adjustments requested must be justified and align with the actual repair or replacement costs. If a dispute arises, our MotorsHub’s Customer Support Team is available to ensure a fair resolution.
